If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return an item, we have several flexible options available, including the possibility of exchanging for a different product.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions to which products are exposed once they leave our store. We do not consider these products defective or damaged, and our return policy does not apply to them.

Methods for Product Exchanges and Returns
If you need help with exchanging or returning your order, here are some useful details to make it easy:
Return via BoxNow: If you received your order through BoxNow, simply follow the instructions you received to return the product.
The return fee is €3, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Note: The BoxNow service only applies to returns, not exchanges.

Exchange via Easy Mail: If you want to exchange a product, you will be charged for the return shipping (€2.50) and the cost of the new shipment (€2.50). If the price difference is paid by cash on delivery, an additional €2.50 fee applies.

We want you to always be happy with your purchases!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
The return process is simple and follows the same method you used to place your order.
Just make sure the products are in their original condition, with undamaged packaging, and that you have the purchase receipt and labels with them.
Remember, until we receive the products, the responsibility for shipping them lies with you. Don't worry—just ensure their safe shipment to avoid damage or loss.
Also, some products cannot be returned, such as:
- Accessories, food/drinks.
- Products offered in special promotions (e.g., "Buy 2 get 1 free," Mystery Boxes, Black Friday, Summer Sales).
- Opened electronics or collectible figures.
Return Policy for Cyprus
For returns from Cyprus, you will be charged a return fee of €9.00.

Withdrawal Process
In any case, the user/visitor who has made a purchase from our online store has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the products they bought without charge and without being required to provide a reason, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date they received the products.
In this case, only the return shipping cost will be charged.
For the return to be accepted, the customer must first pay the shipping and return costs, including bank fees for refund processing via bank transfer.
The withdrawal statement should be submitted electronically to [email protected], and the company must confirm receipt.
After the statement, the company is obligated to refund the payment within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The reduction in value is determined by the company, and if the product is returned damaged or incomplete, the company reserves the right to reject the return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Accessories, cards with opened packaging.
- Books/comics/Manga.
- Food/drinks.
- Beauty products with opened packaging.
- Offers like “Buy 2 get 1 free”.
- Mystery Boxes.
- Products in special promotions (Black Friday, summer sales, etc.).
- Collectible figures.
- Electronics after the packaging has been opened.
