I. INTRODUCTION


Magicbox.com.gr is a "Website" and an "Online Store" for showcasing and selling products (snacks, beverages, and gift items) via the Internet. It is owned by the Greek corporation under the name "MAGIC BOX S.A." with the trade name "MAGIC BOX", headquartered in Nikaia, Greece, at Petrou Ralli Street 447 (VAT Number: 801765567, Tax Office: FAE Piraeus).


The present General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website and the purchase of products/services from our online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use and Transactions" or "Terms of Use") define the terms and conditions for your navigation on our Website, your use of it and our online store, and govern the sales contract formed between us for the purchase of products from our online store.


Before entering our online store, we invite you to review these Terms of Use and Transactions and ensure that you agree with them. If you disagree with any of these Terms of Use, you must refrain from any action on our Website or online store, including merely browsing it. Any action taken on our online store—such as browsing, subscribing to our Company's newsletter, or purchasing products—will be considered as unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and Transactions.


The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these Terms of Use at its sole discretion, as required by law, and potentially without prior notice to you, always in accordance with transactional ethics and within the limits set by the law. The Company is obligated to inform you of any modifications or changes through the Website. Any modifications will take effect from the date they are posted on this Website. It is clarified that any changes to the Terms of Use will not apply to orders you have already placed through our online store before the modifications take effect.


Use of magicbox.com.gr after the aforementioned modifications will be deemed as acceptance of the Terms of Use as amended.


The use of this Website by you and any transactions in our online store are carried out exclusively at your own risk.


II. WEBSITE/ONLINE STORE SERVICES


A. INFORMATION PROVISION


The information provided on this Website is complete, accurate, valid, and up-to-date, whether it pertains to our identity or the products/services offered by our online store. These guarantees are subject to potential technical or typographical errors that cannot be predicted or have occurred unintentionally or due to interruptions in the operation of this Website or force majeure events.


Magicbox.com.gr has implemented all necessary technical and other measures to ensure that the availability and sizes of our products are promptly updated. However, it expressly reserves the right regarding the accuracy of the available quantities and sizes of products in the online store, as their updates may occur within one (1) hour of any modification.


B. MEMBER REGISTRATION

The registration process is quick and straightforward: After adding a product to the cart and proceeding to checkout, the system will automatically guide you to register as a new Member. By providing the requested personal information (first and last name, address, postal code of your current primary residence, phone number, a valid email address) and accepting these Terms of Use and Transactions, you become a Member of magicbox.com.gr, and we create your personal Member Account. Membership registration and participation are free, personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and magicbox.com.gr relies solely on your declarations regarding your personal data. The personal data you provide during registration as a Member is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  3. b. In case of changes, the Member must immediately inform magicbox.com.gr of the updated information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. By registering, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with these Terms of Use and Transactions and the Privacy Policy of magicbox.com.gr, which you have read, understood, and fully accepted.

  5. d. You also have the right to access your data, request its immediate deletion or correction, request temporary non-use, restriction, or non-disclosure, by following the same email procedure. Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties and is managed exclusively by our Company. All personal information collected via the dedicated electronic form is absolutely necessary for the provision of the above services, and your registration constitutes full consent.


C. NEWSLETTER REGISTRATION


Your subscription to our Company's newsletter is entirely voluntary and is not a mandatory process for making purchases from our Online Store or for receiving other services, including simply browsing our website.


To subscribe to our Company's newsletter service, you need to enter your email address in the corresponding field on our page. By completing your subscription, you explicitly consent to receive informational and promotional material from our Company regarding its products and services, as well as relevant advertising messages.


Magicbox.com.gr is not responsible if newsletters are not delivered to their destination, although every effort is made to ensure delivery with Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or want to be completely removed from the newsletter distribution system of magicbox.com.gr, you can notify us using the contact form on the website or via the corresponding link provided in the informational emails you receive from us.


Magicbox.com.gr uses a third-party provider to track newsletter recipients. However, it does not share your name, surname, home address, or any other personal data with third parties.


D. MAKING A PURCHASE THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE


1. ORDER

1.1 Completion – Order Confirmation

  • Use the categories in the central MENU of our website to navigate and find what you are looking for.
  • Review the products in your shopping cart by clicking the "SHOPPING CART" link located in the top right corner of the webpage. You can remove products from your cart before completing your order by using the "REMOVE FROM CART" button.
  • Click the "COMPLETE ORDER" button to finalize your purchase.


To complete your first order, you must register as a new Member. During the order completion process, the system will guide you through a simple and quick registration process.


The prices displayed on our products include VAT and are considered final for deliveries within Greece.


Before clicking "Order," the final step to completing your purchase, you will automatically be notified that by submitting your order, you are obligated to pay the corresponding amount. If you agree, click "Order" to submit it to our online store.


Once your order is submitted as described above, the magicbox.com.gr system will automatically send a message to the email address you provided during registration, confirming receipt of your order. This email will list the products you have ordered and all the terms of the order. At this point, no further action is required on your part until your products are delivered.


When your order is handed over to the courier company we collaborate with (Table II.D.3) or another partnered company, you will receive a new email containing the tracking/shipping number. Using this number, you can track the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery location you specified during your order.


1.1.1. Offer Exclusions


Products that are already on sale are excluded from the offers made from time to time by magicbox.com.gr.


1.2 Order Tracking


You can view the "Status" of your order at any time by clicking on the "MY ACCOUNT" link. If your order has been handed over to the courier, you will be able to track your package using the tracking number, which will be posted on the "MY ACCOUNT" page.


1.3 Order Cancellation / Modification


An order may be cancelled in the following cases:


Before completing the order:


Before you submit your order as described above, you can technically go "back" and remove the quantities of products from your cart that you no longer wish to purchase by clicking the "remove" button.


After completing the order but before receiving the products:


(a) You have the right to cancel your order after it has been completed if the delivery of the ordered products is delayed.

(b) If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling +30 2114114267 from 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.


After receiving the product:


(a) If you refuse to accept the products upon delivery by the courier company, this will be considered as a withdrawal. The right to exercise a withdrawal is governed by the provisions in Section II.D.5 below. Please note that if you withdraw at the time of delivery as described above, magicbox.com.gr will record the incident in a special file. As a result, the next time you make a purchase from our online store, you will be charged for shipping costs, as detailed below.

(b) After receiving the product, the order is cancelled by exercising the right of withdrawal.

(c) Additionally, your order will be cancelled after the receipt of the products for replacement purposes.


2. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS


2.1 Delivery Method and Time


Delivery Dates and Hours: The delivery days for your products are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for all of Greece. For international deliveries, the delivery hours depend on the respective courier company.


Delivery Time for Products: Subject to the specific provisions stated in these Terms of Use and Transactions, your orders will be delivered in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, and other major cities within two to four (2-4) working days, within three to six (3-6) working days to other areas of Greece, and within ten (10) working days to other countries abroad.


These timeframes do not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events that may affect the shipping and delivery times. In such cases, magicbox.com.gr works with specific courier and transport companies.


If you prefer a courier company that magicbox.com.gr does not collaborate with, the shipping costs will be at your expense, regardless of the order value and delivery location/time.


In this case, magicbox.com.gr holds no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.


2.2 Delivery Delay


Our company makes every effort to ensure the timely and proper delivery of your products. However, we reserve the right to delay the delivery of your product(s) in the event that:

(a) The product has been delayed by our supplier, such as due to customs issues, transportation delays, force majeure, etc., resulting in the product not being available in our warehouse when expected.

(b) The product you ordered has been discontinued and is unavailable due to a sudden and unannounced notification from the supplier about the discontinuation of the product.

(c) There is an event of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other incident outside our control that may affect the shipping and delivery of your order.


In these cases, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver your order without the delayed or unavailable product, or if you would like us to suggest an alternative, or if you prefer to be informed about the expected delivery time of the unavailable product.


If you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel your order, either partially or in full, and we will refund any money you have already paid. In any case, we will offer you the available alternatives that our company can provide.

3. Shipping Costs


Shipping within Greece is FREE if the value of your order exceeds thirty-five (35.00€) Euros. If the value of your order is less than thirty-five (35.00€) Euros, shipping fees will apply for deliveries within Greece. The courier companies we work with are Box Now & Easy Mail.


In the event that the delivery area you have specified is not covered by the Box Now & Easy Mail network, we are responsible for shipping your order through an alternative method, without any additional shipping charges for delivery within Greece.


4. Payment Methods


4.1Payment by Credit Card


We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions on our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification from Lets Encrypt, Inc.), ensuring a secure transaction environment used by more than 500 of the largest businesses in the world. The card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) are entered in the secure environment of the National Bank with 3D Secure technology. www.site.gr does not receive any of your card details. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy of www.site.gr.


4.2 Payment by Bank Transfer


You have the option to pay via a bank account of www.site.gr without any additional charges. After placing your order, you must complete the deposit within 3 business days; otherwise, the order will be canceled, and the products will be released.
